Diagonal internal belt cleaner
Description
The Rasper Diagonal Cleaner features a single high-durability polyurethane blade capable of cleaning all material on the inner side of the belt, preventing it from reaching the drum, protecting the drum lining and the belt.
Applications of Diagonal Internal Cleaner:
Ideal for reversible belts, the diagonal cleaner is fixed to the belt through two studs that serve as support for the structure and height adjustment.
The adjustment allows the blade to be adjusted according to wear, through the set of nuts that secure the stud to the scraper structure.
It has a high-durability polyurethane blade that cleans all material on the inner side of the belt, directing this scraped material to one side of the belt.
Can be applied in various types of industries: Mining, Steel, Cement, Foundry, Ports, Fertilizers, Paper and Pulp, Sugar Mills, etc.
