For this to occur sustainably, we must focus on providing our customers with solutions that mitigate the social and environmental impact caused, in order to reintegrate waste into the production process.

Responsible action in the environmental process is one of Rasper great differentiators, always being one of our concerns. Today, in addition to having an engineering technical team capable of providing resources to combat environmental pollution, we develop adequate and specific projects for each client, whether through dust suppression systems or dust collection systems, where our team works directly with the client to reduce impact through residue filtration.

Through our other solution, the Clean Area or Zero Spillage Project, we also contribute to reducing environmental impact, acting on critical points by identifying and creating actions to be implemented at points with the highest incidence of fugitive material on the return of conveyor belts, reducing maintenance and operation costs, unplanned production line stoppages, increasing equipment lifespan and its components, decreasing loss of transported material, preventing material accumulation on the floor and reducing environmental impact and accidents.
