Description
The Primary Scraper PG is essential equipment for belt cleaning, improving productivity and safety in bulk material transport lines.
Characteristics of Primary Scraper PG:
With extremely durable blades, the Primary Scrapers PG and PG EA/ET remove material adhered to the belt in the discharge drum area, leaving the scraped material inside the chute.
Due to its unique shape, the blade self-sharpens with wear, maintaining cleaning efficiency and protecting the belt. The blade pressure is applied by a polyurethane tensioner, requiring no continuous adjustment.
Belt Speed: Up to 3.6 m/s
Drum Diameter: Ø < 600 mm
Material Temperature: Up to 70ºC - Standard blade Up to 120ºC - Special blade

Scrapers can be applied in various types of industries: Mining, Steel, Cement, Foundry, Ports, Fertilizers, Paper and Pulp, Sugar Mills, etc.
